    Notes: 1) Add berries, water, and sugar to medium sauce pan and cook on low until berries soften (10-15 mins), stir occasionally while slightly mashing berries. 2) Pour through fine mesh basket strainer and return to pan, discard solids. 3) Add balsamic vinegar and rosemary, increase heat to medium low and bring to slow boil. 4) Remove from heat, remove rosemary, bottle the liquid.
