  • Oz Lime Juice +
  • .25 Oz Simple Syrup +
  • .25 Oz Grenadine +
  • .5 Oz Cream +
  • Egg-White +
  • Seltzer +

    • Scale recipe to: (quantity and optional non-Ounce unit of measure): of

    Shake, then serve Neat in a Champagne Coupe (Saucer)


    Notes: Dry shake all ingredients except seltzer for 10 seconds until well-blended, add ice and shake until chilled, double strain and top off with seltzer water.
